Salary Options

We attempt to provide all employees with flexible salary options. We offer competitive and flexible benefit packages that can be detailed through the recruitment process.

Employee Service Awards

We recognise employees who have worked with us for significant periods of time. On reaching a service milestone, employees receive a certificate of service and a gift voucher.

Training and Career Development

We encourage and support a range of professional and personal development initiatives. Internal and external training programs are made available to all staff. Individual development plans are implemented for all employees to capture both current role and future career development options with regular review sessions incorporating feedback from peers, clients and team members. Study Assistance Scheme

We may provide reimbursement for tuition and other course fees if employees wish to undertake further studies on a part-time basis.

Health and Well Being

We are interested in the welfare of our staff and conduct programs each year to address wellbeing. These include flu vaccinations, health assessments etc. In addition, we offer facilities and services aimed at healthy living including:

Our offices offer a modern and well-equipped open plan office environment with excellent amenities including free off-street parking and a secure bike shed.

Social Groups

We promote a social environment through Friday night drinks, team lunches and established social groups eg cycling, running, photography, robotics. Invetech also holds an annual dinner dance for eligible employees and partners.

Caring for the Community

The Green Berets environment committee is a group of volunteers committed to helping the environment. We also support employees who as volunteers are called upon by appropriate organisations to participate in a worthy cause. Volunteers will be granted up to 5 days per year on full pay.
